Submitting an appointment request through this Site, through our online booking link, or by contacting us via phone, email, or social media does not guarantee that an appointment will be scheduled or that services will be provided.

All appointments are subject to:

  • Provider availability

  • Professional evaluation and clinical judgment

  • Completion of required intake paperwork through our practice management system, Jane

We reserve the right to decline to schedule or provide services at our professional discretion.

5. SMS and Email Communications
